Friday: 1 Scoop Diet Whey
Meal 2: 10:00
Monday: 1 scoop of Diet Whey
Tuesday: 1 scoop of Diet Whey
Wednesday: 1 scoop of Diet Whey
Thursday: 1 scoop of Diet Whey
Friday: Chicken, Cheese, onion toastie (wholemeal)
Meal 3: 12:00
No carb meal, e.g a salad or chicken and vegetable cooked mix, low fat yogurt
Meal 4: 3:00
Apple, Banana
Meal 5: 6:30
Standard healthy Balanced meal.
Pre Workout
1 scoop pre-workout shake blended with fruit (BCAA's)
Meal 6: (After Workout)
1 scoop of whey protein
