I restarted yesterday after eating and drinking way too much watching the superbowl. I was down 5lbs but now I'm back at my original weight. Plenty of time so I'm not sweating it.

just a fair warning be careful with EC and stims in general, especially if you're in school. You WILL get addicted to the caffeine buzz and it makes it difficult to function without it. I did a couple cycles of EC last spring and after the buzz goes away you get very irritable and mentally cloudy / tired. Stuff was boss for appetite curbing though.

TBH I don't need the appetite curbing, I can easily not eat if I don't want to (srs like it's not even a big deal at all).

I'm using it because it raises metabolic rate and helps maintain muscle. Not trying to get depended on a fkin caffeine buzz right before finals LMFAO.

I see I see. I know you're not trying to...but it just happens. That's what you get using caffeine at 200mg doses.
