Ingredients:
2 scoops whey protein
250 mL egg beaters, or 8-10 egg whites
Splenda (optional)
1. Put ingredients in a shaker. Shake until mixed well
2. Spray a non-stick pan with PAM. Get the pan to medium heat.
3. Spread some of the mixture on the pan. Leave for 2 mins, then flip.
4. Repeat
Pour a bit of sugar free maple syrup on them. Enjoy.
