I was going to say animal Pak but on one of the forums Rosie, a very popular/knowledgeable person, said Orange Triad all the way. So I would go with what she said and say Orange Triad.

I stick with OT because it takes a while for the joint sparing benefits with any glucosamine chondroitin supplement to reach full levels. Once it's in your system you're good to go, but it's smart to keep it up

Hard to beat orange triad. I took OptiMen for a bottle worth because the store on here had a combo deal with ON Whey, but I almost always go back to OT. Tried animal pak but didn't like it.

Thanks man I have tried most of the popular products out there. When in doubt, go with what works for you. I always ended up coming back to Orange Triad.

I'm trying to experiment with the best products that give me the best results without using creatine.

Currently I drink Whey Protein shake, twice a day with milk (2 scoops) and fish oil pills but I want to start taking a multivitamin, I've heard opti-men is one of the bests.

Any suggestions?

Regardless of what company I work with I still recognize others' excellent products! You have several!

I take AAEFX Kre Celezine, which works wonders for my joints, but if I had an infinite supply of Orange Triad then I would definitely use it and feel the results would be synergistic.

animal pak by universal hands down. It has all the nutrients necessary for exercise in one pack

Animal Pak has a 28 year reputation as the "multi" for bodybuilders/athletes. It's more than a multi and different than single tabbed multi's. There are more components to it than just the multi part.
