    Coconut Milk vs Coconut Juice

Hey guys quick question for you... I have been working out hard for a little over 3 months and my coach told me at the beginning to drink coconut milk in a protein shake with a spoon of almond butter and half a banana right after working out. Sooo... I had been drinking the Coconut milk for 3 months and I recently saw that he had bought a TON of coconut juice for a event he was helping put on for over 500 athletes. So I went out and bought it too thinking I had blundered on the milk. But I noticed the juice has no fat, calories, or anything written on it about being high in M.C.F.A.'s.. Did I screw up? Should I be drinking both? Or just the milk or juice?

I think you mean coconut water, not juice. Coconut water, which is present in young coconuts, is full of electrolytes. I'm guessing this is what he was referring to.

Why not try asking him instead of asking on forums which really can't answer that question for you very well.
