These macros for 4 grilled chicken strips with no sauce seem great, what am I missing here? Is there a reason I should still not eat this on a cut? I am in the car a lot for work, it would be nice to get these quick and eat while driving.

I've eaten quite a few of those in my time. Great for keto too, just throw ranch or mayo on them, and they're really good!
Kind of expensive, but it's a great way to stick to your cut ninja style when out eating with friends, or if you're far from home and need a bite to eat."The Mind is the Battleground"

read the ingredients for the things on mcdonalds menu you think are good. The grilled chicken has same **** as the fried chicken, minus breading.
Jack in The Box strips:

Sodium Phosphates. Grilled with Butter Flavored Vegetable Oil. Contains Milk,
Soy
OR
Seasoned Chicken Breast tenderloins: Chicken Breast Tenders, Water, Soybean
Oil, Seasoning [ Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Chicken Flavot ( Chicken, Salt, Dried
Whey, Chciken Fat ), Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Spices, Dehydrated Onion,
Paprika, Annato Color], Modified Food Starch, aand Carrageenan, Sodium

Butter Flavored Vegetable Oil = same **** fat for frying

@ synthetic
I'm talking about pure calories, grams of protein, grams of fat not hardcore ingredients. The grilled chicken snack wrap for example is like 200 calories, 15 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat when you get it grilled without cheese/sauce. But if you get it deep fried its less than 10 grams of protein with a little bit more fat and calories with the same stipulation of no sauce/cheese.

I wonder if jack in the box changed them recently because you are right, the facts on the jack in the box site are a little worst.

Personally, I just don't see the point in spending $3-4 on 6-8 ounces of chicken.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
