Im sure if you've tried a Lean Pocket you were probably like " this is pretty good for a healthy food" and Lean Pockets dont have a bad amount of calories/protein/carbs/ect. But my question is are Lean Pockets healthy for real? Because if they are those are going to be my favorite bulking food lol

Healthy is a fairly meaningless term. People who think they're eating healthy generally are taking in far too little fat in their diet and far too many carbs.
It doesn't really matter where your calories come from as long as you reach your daily caloric goal and your protein goal. If you don't have a caloric goal you're trying to reach then that's where trouble starts.
I'd also eat the Hot Pockets, not lean pockets, depending on how many calories you need.Latest Reviews:
