So few broadcasters relying on the experience the Steelers have. They're a team full of veterans who have been there before and have done very well, while the Packers have not.
I think it should be a great game, but I'm shocked at the moneylines and "expert" picks.
I feel like Vegas knows that a lot of the public are going to want to bet on the Packers so they bump the line up a little. A lot of people that aren't veteran betters put good money on the Super Bowl and I expect Vegas to capitalize on that.
I'm really considering putting big money on Pittsburgh.DreDay66

I love the Steelers as underdogs. Hell last SB they were in they were going to blow out the Cardinals. That didn't work out too well.
The defenses are very similar. Probably because both LeBeau and Capers created that defense under Cowher. Both have modified it over the years, and both look great this year.
I'd love to be able to say that the Steelers are going to win, but GB looks good. Rodgers is an excellent QB. And Ben just knows how to win. Should be a great Super Bowl.Steelers

I see Big Ben pulling off some amazing end of the game drive to give the Steelers a victory. He'll play ****ty throughout the game, but make the big plays when they need them the most. The sports Misc will explode with threads about Manning vs. Rothlisberger vs. Brady and it will be a never ending argument.

it's gonna be a hell of a game, that's all I know and that's all i ask for (well, other than a packers W) lol.
I hope fans of the winning teams don't turn into massive *******s and douchebags after their team wins. (unless someone was being a big ******* to them, then retaliation is fine).
edit: and for the picture above, that's basketball and baseball. Not sure what that has to do with footballLast edited by ATownDRock; 02-04-2011 at 06:16 PM.

there will be extreme ******ry no matter who wins. There will be a ton of bandwagoners that come out of the woodworks
Notice how there really hasn't been all that much trolling here the last 2 or so weeks? Most of the regulars in the GBP thread are civilized, and I don't talk smack (and no one talks more than me)
we'll see how this goes. I just hope that people don't do the "boo hoo" refs thing that inexplicably happens so often.
