Today is my first day of my diet and I feel like ****, which means it's probably working. I use to eat processed garbage all day. I'm on 60/30/10 FPC. Most of my carbs are from dairy and vegetables. I was taking a look and noticed I'm at 41 grams of sugar?!?!?!?! Is this a lot? Okay? Being obsessive compulsive, maybe?
