    Is this okay?

    Today is my first day of my diet and I feel like ****, which means it's probably working. I use to eat processed garbage all day. I'm on 60/30/10 FPC. Most of my carbs are from dairy and vegetables. I was taking a look and noticed I'm at 41 grams of sugar?!?!?!?! Is this a lot? Okay? Being obsessive compulsive, maybe?

    I would not worry about it too much. Overall (especially when you first start a diet) just concentrate on having your overall calories below maintenance and having 1g of protein per lb of lean body weight.

    If you stick with those rules you will be fine.
