Interesting vid. His gym is so old school, I love it. I don't speak Russian though, didn't get a lot of information. Can someone make a transcript?

Talks that he got sick before a show in Russia so there was a little pause in everything.. That he weights ~22lb less now, but his condition is better (or smth along these lines)... That worries a little about a big jet-lag. His trainer said something about pro tan, and being "black like a negro" lol...
Trainer said they changed some of the exercises, ways, etc.. regular stuff. (the most interesting part is left out, as always )
That woman said she likes the atmpshere, everyone are friedly/know each other, and she likes it better then other big gyms.. That Alexey helps her with her training..

That Arnold will be the first show this year, but he'll do one in Russia and in Europe after that..

Probably DreamTan. The stuff comes off when you bump anything with it.

still, the vast majority of the bodybuilding money is in the US. And it will be really annoying at the Arnold for him not to know what is going on. Stage cues and instructions etc.
