    My Failed Cut

    Before:

    Kept protein at 1-1.5 gram/lb bodyweight
    0.5 grams of fat/lb bodyweight

    Calories were at about 2750
    Lost too much strength and size

    yeah, well i started going down to 2500 cals but then i felt way too weak...gonna start a slow bulk at 3000 calories starting tomorrow

    yeah but i did more of a 20 hour fast and a 4 hour window...so don't take my results as a testament of the program...alot of those guys had good results and i think i can too as long as i change up my diet

    I don't think you lost all that much size, have you gone back to eating normally now? Because a lot of it could be lost weight from a low carb diet, water/glycogen ect.
