yea im gonna cycle carbs...i had better results when i wasn't tracking calories lol
yeah definitely, i'm going to go up to 3000 calories a day and do a lean bulk

yeah i had like 600 grams of carbs today... i just felt so weak

i dunno, i cut calories too much maybe... i followed intermittent fasting where i fasted for like 20 hours and ate everything within a 4 hour window
yeah maybe i should get on that anavar diet (not srs)
