EC stack stacked with 11oxo or Lean Extreme would be better than EC alone. Nothing else really compares.

Agreed. EC + LX will be my cutting stack in a month or two.

E+Phenorex would be pretty good too I'd imagine.

Obviosuly coupled with a good diet and cardio, in addition to a multi, fish oil and protein...what else would you guys recommend for muscle retention and growth? I was thinking Activate Xtreme. I have been out of the supp. game for awhile so I don't know what are the legit products these days

All the test boosting hype lately is around Triazole (which some also stack with AX or Bioforge or LX), but of course both versions of Bioforge are quite popular with a new version coming out in a month or so I believe.

I've never found EC to be catabolic... in fact I always feel great lifting when I use it. I don't think you need any specific "muscle retention or growth" supps in conjunction with it, it does fine on its own.

In fact EC is muscle sparing I do believe, at least in the relative short-term...

Personally my favorite combo is
EC + DCP + Heat + LX
along with a solid diet itll help aid but dont use stims until your about 13% and under

Ive used transdermal 7-oxo a couple of times in the past for weight loss and leaning around the belly area. I've noticed much better results than several oral 7-keto type products, so next time Im going to get 7-spray because I like the company and the developer (Patrick Arnold) and have some trust in it. And besides my old 7-oxo product used to smell terrible, lol.

Is it free from side effects? Well Ill never say that, you can get side effects from food....but used properly and cycles properly I believe its much safer than using stimulant based products. 7-spray should boost TSH as well as antagonize the negative effects of cortisol along with proper diet and training its some good stuff.

Haven't seen anything OTC that rivals it honestly, I really liked the EC+LX combo as well. Also, I really like taking glycobol on a cut although I'm not going to be using it this year since i'm doing keto.

Well....if you ran it just count the caffeine in OEP instead. Not sure how much is in, but balance it out to the right ratio if you have to and use a pill splitter for the caffeine.

Stacking E with any fat burner doesnt get my endorsement by the way, lol but do it have the ratio's right. You can always just add 12.5mg E with each caffeine based fat burner dose, and 12.5 to 200mg C is fine.

If you havent run OEP before, why dont you just try it alone? You may like it.

What about ephedra? In my experience ephedra is way better than ephedrine, although the sides are a bit heavier.

Well, I do can get Methyldrene 25 and/or Lipodrene. But I aint sure of the extracts. I've been doing my reading and from what I read, it's either Ephedrine HCL or Sulfate or it's a rip off. Amidoinitrite?

After that ill try taking it up a notch with 1 OEP pill and 25mg of E twice a day.
I did run 2 cycles of E in the past with just 200mg of caffine each dose, loved the results. Im just trying to switch it up a bit to see if i can get any better results.

Dont know about those in specifics, but yes there are alot of weird extracts out there such as "ephedra leaves" etc....

This should be an interesting stack. Just a bit of love handles left and im sure after this stack i should be lookin ripped. Ill gradually introduce the E into the stack though of course.
I use to take 400mg of caffeine and was still able to fall asleep tho thats when i knew i needed to stop the stims. Been about 2 months since ive used stims and im excited to try this stack out.
Probably gonna log this stack just to see the progress.

I wouldn't stack eph, caffeine & 1,3 Dimeth. I have done it before once or twice and definitely felt increased stimulation but can't imagine it was a healthy thing to do or that it was any more beneficial than EC alone for fat burning purposes so not something I'd repeat. EC + Triazole + TT-33 was awesome though.

meltdown is one of the few products out that has real published studies that show its about 5 times stronger than ECA ... the cool thing about that is its current and relevent.

i will be starting the new LGs newest product called Rezolution.. will be putting up a log of it so anyone can follow along

Been on eca+triazole for few weeks and great results, then threw in Lean xtreme recentlyand pounds are coming offand the triazole is helping me keep strength at same time

Well....Meltdown is a good product but I would not go as far as to saying its better or not even say its as good as ECA. Nothing OTC is.

I dont think its as relevent as it used to be, people move on to newer products, but I definitely think it should still be relevant on the scene.

Doing EC or ECA? The A can be dangerous at high doses, how much A are you doing? At most a baby aspirin each time should be used I believe (81mg).
