seems like ur curls are a lot stronger than your other lifts.
when i was benching 115 i was probably only curling like 40-45range.
now fastfoward to when i curled at the 68-70lb range i was benching like 160.
so i guess i'd say... avg lifts for a 14 year old. above average bicep curl lol.You have 3 choices in life: be good, get good, or give up. -House

You're about as strong and as heavy as I was when I was 14, freshman year of high school, although you look bigger. Your curls are better than mine for sure. (Even now my curls suck.) I didn't start working out consistently until I think sophomore year though. Keep at it. Bodybuilding is patience and perseverance.

Just becuase your bench is higher, that doesn't mean ur stronger. Your bench is 100 % muscle memory. Muscle memory is when you do an excersise so long, ur body remember how to do it and it becomes easier. That is why it is easy to increase the weight quicker when u first start the excersise. It does not mean u are stronger.
