Hey guys. Just wondering how this looks. I'm 14 years old, weigh 120 (trying to bulk!), and am 5'5.
Bench: 115 lb (52.2 kg)
Bicep Curl: 68 lb (30.9 kg)
Squat: 155 lb (70.5 kg)
Barbell Rows: 105 lb (47.7 kg)
Deadlift: 170 lb (77.3 kg)
Overhead Press: 80 lb (36.3 kg)
All of these are my one rep max.
Please only give constructive criticism. Not too harsh.

Trust me that's good well depending how long you've been lifting but for 14 definitely-I know I train with like 10 different guys from school all different sizes all of us 16 and well your not as strong as any of us buuuut your stronger than we woulda been.
Focus on being better as an inidvidual-thats where real progress will show. If your focusing on lifting heavier then use strength training stuff like rippetoes.

Look me in the eye. It's okay if you are scared, so am I, but we are scared for different reasons. I am scared of what I willn't become, you are scared of what I could become. Look at me! I will not let myself end where I started, I will not let myself finish where I begin. I know what is within me, even if you can't see it yet. Look me in the eyes, I have something more important than courage, I have patience. I will become what I know I am.

here's where i started at 15 (3 months from being 16)
bench: 70
squat: 120
deadlift: 155
now here's me 7 months later
bench: 165
squat: 270
deadlift: 335
so if you're just starting out, and those are your stats, you're in pretty good shape compared to what i was when i started
also, at 14, your stats are higher than most of my 17 year old friends
good luck lil bro******** AESTHETICS CREW

I don't think we asked how much you bench?
For the most part, I do agree on the other part you said. BW = decent bench
Curl? Who cares? Do you have curl offs at your gym?
50lbs heavier is not an excuse either
Again, this kind of pisses me off. Why do people make weight such an excuse? Doesn't mean you can't lift just as heavy weights with hard work. I've seen people <200lbs that bench 500lbs +
I don't know why there are even all these threads about "am i strong for my size" or w/e BS
Just get in the gym, work hard, eat a lot, and sleep. Your 14, your getting years head start above everyone else. Stick to it, and you'll be a beast when your 17 or so, which is when most people start....

14 and your repping 230 on bench? bull****.
When I was just barely 14 and started working out for football Freshman year my max bench was 125, but I was like 150 pounds. By the end of the school year I got my max up to 205 and almost 225 (last few inches kicked my ass) The bright side was I fixed that during summer.
I say right now, compared to a lot of other 14 year olds, I remember my 125 bench being better than most of my friends, I just left them in the dust by the end of the year. Stick with it and by summertime you'll be insanely better. Btw, you're about 16, that's about that time everyone's testosterone kicks in and you'll get REALLY insanely strong, keep working out, it's high school so you'll be glad you have an amazing body when your upperclassmen years kick in.
