hi everyone, im currently bulking and i think im doing a pretty good job of doing it. im up to 170 5'8" and i started at 142. i eat the same exact thing every day and the same exact time. hasn't changed for two months.
i, like flex lewis, have a hard time eating all the time. sometimes i feel sick and force myself and stuff my face. i wish i could easily throw down all 2900 calories that im trying to take in . i take in 195 grams of protein per day too. i do take a weight gainer that gives me 54g of protein and the rest comes from solid foods and egg whites.
my question is does anyone know of any herbal things or anything sold from bb.com that can stimulate my appetite just a little bit? i dont realy need to eat any more just make it a little easier to eat what i do eat. thanks a lot!

im reading how it works just like marijuana makes you hungry (which is why arnold smoked it. to stimulate appetite). im wondering if echinacea needs to be taken right when youre ready to eat or you take it in the morning and it stimulates appetetite all day long... any ideas?

he takes it when he takes his aminos and creatine so a few hours before his workout. mostly in the morning/afternoon. i could ask him for his dosing methods to make sure

and please ask him which one he takes. because there are all different kinds and some use the whole plant, some use just the stem, some just the root. so it'd be cool if you told me which one works for him. thanks brother

k he said he takes 350mg in the morning and he's gonna double it by taking some after his workout too.
so a total of 700mg split between morning and post workout.
This guy has always had a hard time eating and gaining weight and it seems to be working for him.
i'd say start off 200-300mg and see how that affects you. then go from there.NSCA-CPT

idk what you guys dont understand about i make shakes.... but whole foods are the most important
