    critique my leg workout

    Squats 3x8
    Front squats 3x8
    Leg press 3x8
    Dumbbell lunges 3x8
    Stiff-legged deadlifts 3x8
    Seated leg curl 3x10
    Machine calf raises 3x12

What d'yall think? Im not sure whether or not to take out back squats,I think it may be overworking my glutes which are already way out of proportion

If you want to take anything out then you could possibly do without the leg press and the leg curl. Though if you leave them in, that would be perfectly fine as well.
Overall this looks like an ok routine.

OP, your routine looks a bit redundant. I wouldn't do back squats as well as front squats. Do either one.

Why shouldn't he do the leg curl? For best ham development, you should hit it using two types of movements - from the hip and from the knee.

I would add seated calf raises and possibly leg extensions. Also lose one of the squats.
The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens.

On the contrary those leg presses are redundant. If you're only doing 3 sets of each, keep the two squat variations.

Okay, what's the difference between a seated and standing calf raise? Sounds like adding leg extensions would be to much volume

Seated emphasizes the soleus more. Standing emphasizes the gastrocnemius more. Google to see what those muscles look like.

    Try something like this
    4x10-12 squat (front squat)
    4x8-10 SLDL
    3x12-15 leg extension
4x12-15 calf raise (standing or seated)

If this is LEG day I would chose Romanian Deadlifts over SLDL. Also chose one squat variation, you could go back and fourth if you really cant decide which to use.
    Dumbbell chest press all day

They are both good at hitting the hams. You should do both movements for sometime and then decide which one is the best for you. I personally prefer RDLs, but am currently doing SLDLs for a change.

If the bolded is true, and you're more interested in working quads, drop Back Squats and concentrate on Fronts.

Everything else you listed looks okay.
