I'm sorry, but your just an idiot okay? 100g of protein at 160lb isn't enough to gain muscle. Your just going to get fat if only 400 of your 3200 calories are protein man. You need to be taking in 160-320g of protein to gain muscle. If you seriously take prohormones and actually think they'll help you anyways, then you deserve any side effects that come your way.

02-27-2011, 09:10 PM #55I mean, why would a poptart want to live inside a toaster, Rick? I mean, that would be like the scariest place for them to live. You know what I mean?
You're missing the point Morty. Why would he drive a smaller toaster with wheels? I mean, does your car look like a smaller version of your house? No, exactly.

I'm going to try being as serious as possible without going for a flame. First of all, you're 15 and a half. The legal age to even purchase prohormones is 18, whereas the recommended age for doing them ranges from opinions on 18 all the way to 25. Do you have any idea what they could do to you at that age? To list a few side effects, I would say:
// Bitch tits, aka gyno
// Closing of growth plates
// Liver failure
// Increased aggression
// Lowered sex drive
// Permanent low testosterone
When you say your friends are just as healthy as you are, did they ALL have bloodwork done? I'm sure that none of them even know what blood work is. You're talking about getting livercare and a PCT, I see nothing about your preload, your cycle support, or even the mentioning of a SERM. You're just some troll who has risen from his grave ready to take some stuff you have no idea about.
You have been working out for 6 months, and you're only 15 and a half. You can attribute your lack of gains to your poor dieting and possibly your poor workout too. Find a proper diet, get a better routine and perhaps some patience will help you with your goals. Stay away from your prohormones. You're 15 ffs.
Who cares if your friends have done them. Wait a few years down the road, and see them develop issues. I bet you don't even know what preloading or a serm is. Wait a few, wait no. Wait 10 years. You have plenty of time to get your diet and workout right by then. Maybe then you'll actually know what a prohormone is and does.
