    Hungry while bulking.

    My cals for bulking are 2900 and i already had 3150 and im still hungry. Is it ok to have more food than the cals for bulking? Today was a training day and I have already drank 4+ litres of water.

    at 115 you should be eating until stuffed. Don't ever go hungry on a bulk man. PB sandwiches and milk are where its at for a quick filler.

    Put on like 20 then worry about caloric intake. I counted my calories very carefully and worried about overeating. I barely put on 8 pounds in a year. Once you eat tons of food (while getting your protein in) you will grab some poundage and muscle.

    Don't be hungry. Eat until your full. But make sure that the food you eat isn't crap. Eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole-grain carbohydrates and you should be fine. Good luck.

    P.S. - My daily caloric intake is between 3500-4500 calories. EAT UP!
