when your liver glycogen levels are completely filled up, and you consume more fructose, HOWEVER you are still under maintenance calories or not above much over maintenance does the remaining fructose just get used as glucose (energy) or does fat store, when liver glycogen levels are filled does the remaining fructose ever go towards glycogen in the muscles or is it just used as energy.
my doctor/nutritionist confused the sh*t out of me today so this is why i am asking. he said some sh*t about triglycerides and how immediate over consumption and over excessing the liver with more fructose is horrible for muscle gain and blah blah blah

Glycogen stores in the muscle are intermediate to that of the liver. The concentration of glycogen in the muscles would be significantly less. Any remaining fructose/glucose, that has not been stored or used, would be converted to fat. Theres also the event in which fatty acids will form triglycerides, which is a lipid that also acts as a source of energy.
I don't think I even answered your question, but I'm replying anyway.

Here is a review of what your doctor is talking about.

I think it is primarily talking about the increase in frutose intake through sources such as HFCS. Let me know what you think though becuase I also found this interesting.
