I found this cereal in a small convenience store around my area.
Ingredients: Rice Cereals, Wheat, Barley, Millet, Soya Bean, Black Soyabean, Buckwheat, Lentil, Black Rice, Mung Beans.
Serving Size: 100g
3.3g fat (0.8g sat fat)
74.3g carb
3g fiber
3mg sodium
11.6g protein
Can I replace Quaker's oatmeal with this? It tastes soo much better.
Is it fine to eat the cereal mentioned above after cardio? I've been drinking whey protein+a few egg whites after my cardio, want something filling with some carbs and proteins.
Also, how do I measure 100g with a cup? (lame question)
