    Talking 20ish % bf to 10-12 in 3 months?

    20ish % bf to 10-12% in 3 months?

Is it possible? I've been doing keto since Jan 1 (194 lbs) and scaled at 175.6 today. I'm presuming I'm past the water weight etc stage as my weight loss rate isn't as drastic for the past week (but am still losing).

I need to prepare for a trip to Dominican for March 22nd.

I just want a 6 pack to show or look lean. I train 4x a week and cardio 7x week. Got a hang of macros and meals now and eat @500 calorie deficit and burn 500 on treadmill daily.

When adjusted for exercise, I still end up coming ~300 cals short + 500 from deficit (total 800). I feel full and sleep fine with this amount of food.

    So is it possible?

March 22nd is only 2 months away, not 3. If you want to get nuts you could run a PSMF diet (google it or use the search feature on this forum). If you want to do something sustainable (and less likely to make you go insane), drop whatever you can before your trip and enjoy yourself. 1lb/week (-500cals/day) won't get you to 12% in 8 weeks, but you'll get there eventually if you stay consistent with your deficit.

If you're 20% now and want to get to 10, you will need to drop 10% of 194, which is 19.4 lbs lost. Plus figure that you'll lose some muscle so figure around 25 lbs. If you cut 2 lbs a week for the next 8 weeks, you would have lost 16 lbs. with 2 lbs a week being the most recommend to cut per week, the answer to your question is No.
