Is drinking 1-3 cans of diet soda a day bad for you?

    ^^^
I drink ~4-5 Litres of water a day, but I also love my diet soda while cutting (diet mountain dew, coke zero cherry, fanta zero, and diet dr pepper.) If I'm drinking between 1-3 cans a day, should I cut back?

From a caloric standpoint it doesn't matter, it isn't better than water though. People will argue over the consumption of aspartame so depending what you believe that could be a factor, also they add other stuff as well, caffeine is a diuretic.

I kind of doubt anyone can really answer this question, I don't think the additives have been around long enough to really have much in the way of long term studies, I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you are going overboard with your consumption.

who knows if it is or isn't it can't be good so it must be bad. I drink like 3-4 20 ounce bottles of pepsi max, coke zero, and diet sunkist daily. Yeah im addicted but I'd much rather be addicted to diet soda than hardcore drugs.

There was a whole thread done about artificial sweeteners and studies, it was something like 14g+ a day needed for any issues (18L of diet soda or something)

    search for it

I was just about to say this. Ridiculous amount of cans are needed to be consumed before it affects you OP. 3 - 4 cans are fine .
