started dec 1 cheated one week over christmas break, drank every weekend 10lb net loss(175-165), size gained in quads.
start:
3 weeks in yes creepy smile cum on me!
end:
avi is taken about 4 weeks in.
I cut at roughly an 800 calorie deficit integrated 700+ cal refeeds every 4 days either consisting of mashed sweet potatoes with butter flavored maple syrup or extra pasta. typical diet consisted of this
morning:
bowl of cereal and skim milk 110+90cal
protein shake with skim milk 130+90cal
3 eggs + 1 serving cheese 210+ 70cal
2 omega 3 tablets 50cal
lunch:
8 oz chicken breast 220cal
200cals pasta (olive oil and parm cheese included)
25 cal broccoli
dinner:
same as lunch
before bed:
8oz cottage cheese + 1 serving canned pineapple 180+70 cal
i used an EC stack throughout nearly the entire cut
did ZERO cardio.
3 day split
Mon:
2 exercises, 3 sets chest
2 exercises, 3 sets bis
2 exercises, 3 sets shoulders
2 sets abs
Weds:
3 sets squats ATG
2 exercises, 3 sets calves
3 sets hamstring curls
3 sets quad extensions
3 sets legs press
2 exercises, 3 sets forearms
Fri:
3 sets heavy deadlifts
2 exercises, 3 sets lats
3 sets rows
2 exercises, 3 sets shrugs
2 exercises, 3 sets tris
2 exercises, 3 sets traps
NOTE: I do not recommend using EC.... It's works!!! However, you cannot stack it with Yohimbe safely. The whole month of January I had near zero libido, I'm talking I fapped maybe thrice in the whole month and couldn't even finish on a specific occasion with a frauline (feelssuperbadman.jpg). I am not sure if it was the 800 cal low fat deficit, my BF lvls, or the ephedrine. However Gladiator-D1 (w/e his name is) recommended me Yohimbine HCL, it is also a stimulant to help with weight loss but it is also a male enhancement herb. I started taking it on my maintenance and noticed the effects immediately. Taking poppin ragers left and right sitting in class learning about mitochondria and shizz.

I usually went with a vodka/diet coke or diet redbull combo, only takes about 4 to get sloshy, kept to under 2 days a week. Cut out fat for the day and reduce cals to account for alch cals. also didn't eat while drinking.
i buy chicken at sam's club $1.79lb i buy like 24lbs at a time its like 48 bucks
4lbs of broccoli is like $6
i buy like 32 eggs at a time they're like $5
pasta's like a buck a lb dry
pretty cheap if you ask me
cheat day was refeed day
and yes i only worked out 3 days a week, i walk about 2 miles a day to school if you want to count that as cardio lolDude.....no
