Protein Pudding - Recipe?
Unfortunately we dont have the luxury of things like that here so can anyone tell me a recipe that they know of?  I dont fancy paying around $70AUD for a case from BB.com ..

2 scoops whey protein
2 tbsp peanut butter
put in bowl
add 2-3oz water not a lot at all
stir it up put in fridge for 10mins and ENJOY

buy 1-2 packs of SF Pudding
1/2 - 1 cup of skim milk
1-2 egg whites
2-3 scoops of protein powder
2-4 tablespoons of peanut butter
mix and enjoy
