So I've seen people talking about some research, that a man cannot absorb more than 30 grams of protein per meal, like per two hours or something.
Which means, that if you need about 200 grams of protein per day, you have to have 7 balanced meals per day with ~2 hour interval.
It's probably better to have more meals than one huge one per day, but is the part about protein correct give or take?
If i take 60 grams per meal, you're telling me that half of it is just gonna go to waste or something?
Google shows up different articles and references, they are not exactly 100% match.
So what are you thoughts on this?
