Looking great! Very cut and athletic looking. Awesome proportion. Want to trade calves?

Nice work bro
my calves are lagging way behind
What is your routine, and are you a fan of working calves directly everyday?

I work them at least 3 days a week along with forearms. I've noticed they have responded in the last month doing them that often.
I hit the Nautilus machine then the seated raises. I go until I can't go anymore!!!
Thanks everyone!!!!
