    When doing squats, my ass hurts like hell the next day

    Is that normal? Not just my legs, but my entire ass is killing me. I cant just sit down, i'm doing it slowly to break the fall.

    Your ass plays a major role when squatting/standing up. And with forced weight such as squatting your ass gets hit hard. Your entire body gets involved with squats. So ya its normal....

    i remember me limping once after leg day, someone got the great idea to run after training legs, my god i got home sar down and it hurt like hell to get up i was limping for two days, offcourse when anyone asked i said my leg hurted not my ass
