the best thing is i really wouldnt be suprised that the 64 online multiplayer will have no lag at all, i dont think i have EVER experienced lag in bfbc2....

the prone is cool, dont really care to be honest...adds to the squad on squad gameplay though...

and the jets, again are cool but not too fussed as the helicopters already rip **** up so i have no doubt that jets will definatly be limited in some way

I just hope jets aren't too overpowered like they were in battlefield 2. you would have to fire off 4 missiles to do any damage (with long reload) while pilots could basically snipe you with their cannons.

I just hope jets aren't too overpowered like they were in battlefield 2. you would have to fire off 4 missiles to do any damage (with long reload) while pilots could basically snipe you with their cannons.

it will. think about it. youre a Recon with a sniper and a x12 scope. You camp on the top of a mountain and have a clear view all around. Anyone that is to come get you would have to run up the hill without cover, unless they have a tank and even then the guns cant lower less than pararell to reach you being prone on the ground. So, the tank has to be on flat surface aiming up at you, you get sneaked upon (anyone with good headphones can hear footsteps behind them) or a chopper/jet gets you.

You guys gotta realize that battlefield 3 is the successor to battlefield 2. The bad company games are kind of a separate thing. Prone, jets, 64 player maps etc. are all mainstays of the series and won't be going anywhere.

never said to take it out. however the game is now more known and on consoles. It will not play the same as it used to be by the console guys. And before anyone says use a PC, my arthitis doesnt act up when using a thick controler over a mouse and keyboard.
