Today( during my cut) I set a new PR on flat dumbbell press. I'm not in to maxing so I don't have a 1RM but I did 110 lbs 6 times. I Didn't think I could do it but my workout partner convinced me to try.

Hi all, just wanted to post about my back night last night that was full of PR's.
3 unassisted chin-ups, previously my best was 3 assissted chin-ups with 25kgs (55lb)
10 x Cable Row @ 95kg (210lb) my previous best was 85kg (187lb)
10 x Dumbell row @ 24kg (50lb) each and still felt strong so pushed into a drop set after that. My previous best was at 20kg (45lb)

After all that I felt bad finishing up, because I didn't get a chance to do deadlifts as gym was too busy, given all my other work I was hoping to knock out 3 plates. Hopefully next time.

Powerlifting meet 635kg/1400lbs 17 y/o

Had a meet yesterday. MY goal was 630 and by that qualify to nationals.
