2 plate bench! about time lol got 5 reps, but spotter said he had to help on last 2
tfw you get a new max and it doesn't even feel like you're lifting it. You get under the weight and thin wow this iron is really heavy, and I have to push it off of me...FFFFUUUUAAAARRRRK. And then it's over and you get disappointed because it felt like the spotter did ll the work, but they weren't. anyone else feel this way?I thank God for my success.

425x3 from the floor on deadlifts...calc 1 rep max ranges 450-475ish depending on methhod

I just think it's neat how everyone has different strong points, and different weak points.
Hit 340 deadlift for 6 tonight, never lifted 340 before, good stuff, PR for me.
Cycle 6 of my 531 +BBB program. Started with a 315 x4.
Using rep calculators, that's a gain of 50lbs over 6 months... wicked.
I have not done an actual 1 rep max attempt on deads yet..--
Knows a trial lawyer who knows how to defend himself in an online forum.

67.5lbs Tricep Rope Pulldown for 20 reps.

New record in the Deadlift for me- a modest 113kg, so very happy today! Also did 56kg Bent over rows for 8 reps so stoked.

I just started learning about lifting a few weeks ago, and I have never had much upper body strength. So my small victory for the week is that I, for the first time, benched over 100 lbs, settling at 10 (in good form) reps at 115 lbs!

Never been that good at Squatting but hit 286 lbs for 1RM and 237 lbs for 5RM
