Thanks, I am happy about it
Truth is, I have only been dumbbell pressing for the last 5-6 months. I came off of a shoulder issue and just stuck with dumbbells, the gym has up to 100lb dumbbells.. and no real bench to press from. So, it's been 100lb dumbbells for reps.. as my heaviest set.
So, I have to get a flat bench, drag her into the squat rack.. to bench.. total pain in the @ss..
So, it's time to get back into some BB pressing again... in the squat rack... lol.--
Knows a trial lawyer who knows how to defend himself in an online forum.

oh i started august 2012 with compound movements..i know it's not much but im happy with this i went and tried to get my maxes for:
Deadlifts
Bench press
Squats
Leg press
Dumbell press
so it stated out to be this
DL; 50k/110lbs ( 10kg barbel )
Bench press: 30KG/ 66lbs ( 10k barbel
squats : 30kg/ 66lbs ( 20k barbel LOL)
Leg press: 80Kg/ 175 lbs
dumbell press: with 8 kilo dumbells
So yesterday I did them again,and this were my new maxes:
DL: 90kg / 200 lbs
Bench press 60 kg / 132 lbs
Squats; 60 Kg / 132 lbs
leg press ; 220 kg / 485 lbs < 10 reps, max with 1 was over 350 kg / 771 Lbs ( adventage of being fat and having bigger legs :P)
dumbell press : 26 Kg /60 lbs dumbells
I'm pleased with this , I know that i will get weaker because of losing body fat and the glucotes.. but im good with this :d

got 6 reps at 225 last week, four of them perfect form, so pretty happy with that. What I am more happy about is finally being able to complete p90x's yoga x, intense yoga is intense!
