315x6 stiff leg dealift.. Legs have always been a weak link in my training, I finally feel they are starting to come around and im upping my poundage every week.

previous was 185lb
not bad for a 152lb lightweight lol

I'm a newb around here but I attained 2 of my 3 goals for 2011 at age 35 and about 6 foot tall.
2011:
Got weight down to 212 from 230. Goal was 200. Oh well. Waist went from 40" to 34" though!
Ran my first 5K ever. Not sure when I ran one mile nonstop was. I don't know if I ever did that feat in my life.
I benched 205 1RM in 2011. Never benched 200 in my life. 200 was the 2011 goal.
2012 goals:
drop weight to under 195.
Keep waist at 34" or less
Bench 235 (stretch goal is 255)
Run 8K with stretch goal of 10K (this is no walking)
Touch a basketball rim for the first time since 9th grade. (10' 4" vertical in 9th grade, then I quit sports)

recently annihilated my prs
Recently been destroying my pr's
I can still remember the first time I ever tried to squat, struggled to do 30kgs, recently managed to rep 175kg for 10 reps 4 sets.
Same with my deadlift used to struggle with 50 but now I'm hitting 125kg
Can't seem to get any heavier on the bench though :/
Not only that but I've went from being 168lbs to 207lbs since August been eating like a horse I'm liking how things are going

Been back from being injured for 6 months. Ruptured both bursa's in my elbows and had to take a long time off...but this week...after 1.5 months back from rehab from Bursitis, cellulitis and tears in right brach tendon.
110kgs for 12 solid reps on flat bench 3 sets
90kgs for 12 reps on incline with drop set to 80kgs for 8 reps. 3 sets
Followed up with 35kgs db press for 12 reps. 3 sets
Just did light flies and chest press pin weight machine to work out the set.
Previous best bench was 160 for 4 reps. I actually think i've come back stronger which is kinda weird. But...I'm damn proud of myself.
Congrats to everyone above me that has reached a goal...pushed passed and set a new one. All of you are my inspiration. Thanks.Its not about thinking you can do it. Its about knowing it.

been on this work out for 3 weeks religiously now, in HS my max squat was 385 at 215lbs well now i weigh 291 and am going back down to that, but today at the gym i hit 365 for a set of 10 on my last set on squat. feelsgoodman! i am stoked to go for 4 plates next week!!! makes it better when my fiance got to watch haha.

Barbell at 135 for 8 reps, dumbell press falt 130s 5 reps squat 405 2 reps deadlift 455 for 1 rep. 360 for 8 reps with rope on row. You take the barbell place it in a corner put your weight on, position yourself with the bar between your legs hook the rope then pull the weight as if you were doing a bent over row it destroys my back.

Leg Pressed 230lbx8 for the first time. I was stuck at 180 the week prior and decided to just blow right through it today. Also did squats for the first time ever 155lbx5, but prob should of taken 15 off as my form was getting shaky on the last rep each set. Just started lifting in November for the first time in my life.

Bulking is fun, I love the setting new PR each month
Just got:
Squat (BELT) 160kg x 4, I worked my way up from 100kg and added 10kg each time so i think, I could max 180-200kg x1 if i was fresh.
Deadlift (BELT) 200kg x 1, got 210kg half way up. I am aiming for 210kg in next deadlift session
Bench (RAW) 110kg x 7Starting Weight: 132kg / 291lbs 5.jan 2011
Current Weight: 104kg / 229lbs 20.may 2011
62lbs gone and the journey continues!
