oh also just upped my working sets of pull ups from 35 lbs to 45 lbs. i do 3 sets of 6-8 reps. at body weight my max is hovering around 30

Just hit my dumbell flat flies to an extremely clean 70/70*6 this past week...not amazing but pretty stoaked personally after being at a plateau for about a month
Started @ 2009 - 335 LBS & 37% BF
Now @ 2014 - 210 LBS & 11% BF

I squatted 275x1 today for the first time. I used to have crappy form and not go deep enough (hence the previous false estimate in my bodyspace), but I have been training ATG for 2 months and I got that 275 well below parallel (not ATG though).
Last week, I also hit a new PR with deadlifts, 365x4.5. I almost got that 5th rep but failed. My estimated 1RM bench is 225, so I'll be attempting that in a few days too. For now, I'm happy with my 275 squatThe opposite of courage in our society is not cowardice, it is conformity. -Rollo May

I used to have a curved spine.. Mostly from weak core muscles and being out of shape. Because of this, squat used to hurt my back really badly and I never did it... About a month ago I started hitting squat again, since I've corrected my spine to almost 100%. My first workout, my last set was like 5 reps of 165. 3 weeks later, My last set was 8 reps of 205. I'm hoping to hit 215-225 tomorrow. I also had never really done leg press heavy before.. Yesterday I knocked out 5 reps with 390 (with 1 or 2 cheat reps in there.. little push on my thighs to get the momentum started). Hoping to get 425-450 by the end of my bulk phase, and 500 sometime next year. I used to be one of those guys who only worked upper body... So now I have chicken legs. Time to fix that.
