my gym replaced the standing calf raise machines with HOIST standing calf raise machines which moves with you.....
so I don't know how well these number hold up to a real standing calf raise
but
540lbs * 10 (12 45lb plates )
and also
450lbs * 20
Both are huge increase since the last time i did raises ( which was around 380 ), don't know which is more fantastical higher reps or higher weight
Two months ago I couldn't do a proper unassisted pull up to save my life. Bought a pull up bar and I now squeeze out a few reps a few times per day. I can now do 5 unassisted with good form. My goal is to be able to do 4 sets of 20. I'll get there!
Since i started tracking weights on BB.com 7 months ago, I have finally powered past 1,000,000lbs of iron. Granted there is a lot of workouts that are untracked, but this is tracked workouts
330lbs deadlift x 1. Was aiming for 350 but couldn't get it.

Set a front squat record at my gym today! 8 reps of 225 lbs in the 170-185 pound group. Love going to Retribution Fitness in Anaheim, CA and seeing the progress and gains I am making.
Yesterday for the first time I benched over 200. I did that so easy my buddies said go for 225. My first attempt was a failure but my next try I busted it out! I weigh 170 and have never benched that much! It was a great feeling!
Won't let me post video PortlandBrentC is my YouTube account. Have most of my PR's on there. Squat is at 300 I think and hit 265 on bench. Military press seated is at 175. My girl has a 205 dead at 135 and 5'5"

Deadlift 315 for reps. Double Overhand grip, no straps, no chalk, raw.
If I get me some straps I bet I can max out at 350.
nice, man! if it matters, I suggest chalk instead of wraps if your gym allows it. I've used both, chalk doesn't hurt your wrists or limit grip strength. best of luck!
