    How far apart should fats and carbs be seperated?

    If I ate about 2 spoon fulls of peanut butter with eggs, when can I start to take in oatmeal or other low GI carbs?

    Yeah, it looks perfect except meal 1: it is acceptable this way, but I would add low GI carbs and maybe get rid of the fat, but it depends on your goals.
