Multivitamin for a 59 year old woman? (diabetes)

Hello, my mother has type II diabetes and hasn't been taking very good care of her diet. She complains of soreness in her ankle and arm sometimes when driving and after a day at work. I don't think she gets enough exercise but i'm trying to fix that. Anyways, i'm looking for a multivitamin that would be suitable for a woman of her age with diabetes if anyone can help!

Honestly, other than fish oil and vitamin D I'd use diet to get needed nutrients.

I have been using Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Women for a few years now and have my mom taking it as well. Has more nutrients that most of the drug store multi's. Like above post said though, ideally most vitamins should come from diet - but to make up any gap....I'd go with Opti-Women.
