LOL I feel discouraged..I need a new program.

I've been lifting for about 4.25 months now. I've been on a strength base program I would say 3 months. So I've been lifting for 17 weeks. Went from 115 to 135 now.

    My progam now is
    Monday/Friday
Bench Press -- 4 sets of 8, adding 5lbs each set, and on the 4th set, bringing it down 15 lbs and just doing as many as I can.

Incline Bench Press - 4 sets of 8, adding 5lbs each set, and on the 4th set, bringing it down 15 lbs and just doing as many as I can.

    Dips - 5 sets of 10 (90 second rest)

Barbell Row - - 4 sets of 8, adding 5lbs each set, and on the 4th set, bringing it down 15 lbs and just doing as many as I can.

T Bar Row - - 4 sets of 8, adding 5lbs each set, and on the 4th set, bringing it down 15 lbs and just doing as many as I can.

    Pull-ups 5 sets of 10

    --------------------
    Tuesday/Friday
Squats - 4 sets of 8, adding 5lbs each set, and on the 4th set, bringing it down 15 lbs and just doing as many as I can.

Deadlift - - 4 sets of 8, adding 5lbs each set, and on the 4th set, bringing it down 15 lbs and just doing as many as I can.

Military Press - - 4 sets of 8, adding 5lbs each set, and on the 4th set, bringing it down 15 lbs and just doing as many as I can.

    * All these exercises are 90 second rest except for Pull ups
    * If I can I will throw in shoulderpress
    * If I have time since I take 1h30 mins to complete, I will do abs or add bicep curls on Friday.
    * If I can I will do abs on Wendsday, Tuesday, Or Friday. I try to work abs 3 times a week.
    Or on weekends.

Why I feel I need a new program: This huge dude came into the gym and ****. And he was talking about how he weighed 145 lbs and he was benching 205 lbs for 3 reps and ****. I was like, man my program is now working. Plus Im 135 and look skinny. He is 145 and looks like he could be like 155 or something. I'm thinking of going to a split program working each muscle once a week. Im also keeping the weight gain slow.

BTW I don't know how much I bench I just add weight to the bar. And push.
    Like today.
I warmed up with 1x10 with 90 lbs (in total)
1 set of 8 with 115 bls (in total)
    1 set of 8 with 120 lbs
    1 set of 8 with 125 lbs (and I needed a spotter)
1 set of 8 100..do as many as I can.

Mind you Im 135 and this guy look like he...155 benching that 205...I feel so shame and waste.
