    Creatine Qusetion?

    What is the best time to take creatine. I have herd pre work out post workout and anytime though out the day. But im just wondering what is the best time to take it?

    Pre and post workout is perfect. Make sure to drink a gallon of water a day!

    I take Con-Cret and I've taken Kre. About 1/2 an hour to an hour before. Works. With Mono, I guess you can take it any time of the day, but that's just hearsay, never taken mono before. Only Kre and Con-Cret.

    Plain ol' creatine mono. Thats worked the best with me putting on size and strength.

    Did con-cret work for you?? It got awesome reviews, but I took 2 bottles, lost weight, and got weaker lol.

    For me personally, mono causes some extra unwated wter retention.
    Kre-alkln by Sci-fit gives me the strength and fullness without the excess bloat.
    I take 2 30-60 minutes pre and 2 right after. Have used Kre for over a year and still love it.

    Experiment a bit and find out what works best for you.

    Whats a loading week? And should I still take it 2 servings a day if im only 16? Im new to all the bodybuliding and just starting my transformation. Thanks

    Loading is where you take like 4 servings a day for the first 5 days. And 16 might be a little young but I would look that up yourself. If I were you, just use protein powder, and a multi-vitamin until you reach a plateau then add something like creatine.

    There is no need for a loading phase, and the time of which you choose to take your creatine doesn't matter. Thing is, your body will easily be able to reach/maintain saturation at doses of ~2g per day. Supplement timing is of no concern when taking creatine, unless of course your taking a creatine product like C-Bol where its advantageous to take it pre-workout due to the many benefits of nitrates.
