The serving is 5 capsules, and the label shows doses for 1 capsule so maybe that's how they think it's underdosed? Works amazing, Animal flex somehow didn't work for me.

Yes, it's amazing how well it works. That's all I'm using right now and it works awesome.

Yes I am Rick. The pain wasn't from drying of the joints. It stems from an old hockey injury bro. Some days I can go a whole workout with no problem. Other days I can't squat over 205.

That sucks to hear Pete. I know how you love doing squats too. (no homo)

Special Notes: My knee started to act up after the lunges so I kept the weight down on Leg Extensions and Leg Curls.

Supplement Notes: Really starting to enjoy the Ennercell and other supplements. My recovery time is less and less between sets. Also I noticed today that my muscles are starting to harden up.
Nice leg numbers. Looks like we're pretty even on numbers. I might have ya beat on squats though. :-)

LOL I didn't even check your bench numbers. What are they? I probably got you on deadlifts too.

I put up 325 on a good day. Last week I didn't go over 315. So I'm guessing in a couple weeks I will be repping 325. I only do Deadlifts a couple times a year so I have no clue what my numbers are.

My goal at the end of this run was to put up 315 once with good form. I think Ill be able to do it in a week or two. I hope.

I'm actually really interested in what my bench numbers will be in a couple weeks. From what I hear, when I add my other supplement in, my strength is going to rocket. If I can do 315 with ease now I wonder what I will end up at. Any guesses?

Just starting to lean out a bit. Also muscles are starting to feel fuller (harder). I think next week at this time I will be seeing better results. Plus I will be adding in some extra supplements that should really make a big difference.
