i noticed from working at the three letter company that the majority of the guys that take a crap load of supplements have the best bodies, while the guys who come in for nothing but jack3d and protein are skinny as hell or just have average looking bodies...

cheap supps bcaas and glutamine (recently bought because im on a cut)
cheap supps joint product(have to keep those joints in check)
ON whey (simple whey proton canon drink lol)
ast multi(better than generic walmart brand)
fish oil walmart brand (eh)
hemo rage uc only use it sometimes ..
casien i dont really want to take it anymore as i found out its actually crap and i eat cottage cheese at nights anyway.

and i eat pretty well im not really a supp whore .

If i have the money i also take a pre workout supplement sometimes. If not i drink a cup of coffee before working out. My favorite pre workout is superpump max because i only need 1 scoop and it tastes great.
