    What are some exercises a 24 year old girl can do to remove her slight double butt?

    I am 5'6 and 128 lbs so not fat and I follow the strong curves program, but I still have a slight double butt. (see pics)

    This is largely genetic..how/where you store fat and your muscle insertion points. Having said that, if you run a bulk/cut cycle it should minimize, but really I think you're wasting your time.

    Just a slight lifting of the bum would more than likely get rid of that crease. Kettlebell swings followed by Romanian deadlifts should do it.
