Well it's only speculation at the moment I guess? The bottom line is obvious. Learn your disciplines. Learn all the vocabulary. Know the published literature. But always be open to an unexpected source of information that just might enrich your understanding of why something does what it does. There are many Shamans (;-) scattered around the world. Search for them.

Ireland is extremely strict when it comes to supplements. Anything making medical claims (eg. muscle building, test boosting) is liable to be banned. I'm surprised Jack3d has survived.

All of this just sucks to be honest. It is your body. What you put into it should be of your concern and you have the rights to do as you please. Don't get me wrong, drugs are wrong but Jack3d? No-Explode? Give me a break.
Train insane or remain the same.

Apparently beta-ecdysterone is an anabolic steroid that can cause death!
Dr Joan Gilvarry, director of the IMB, the state organisation responsible for evaluating the quality, safety and efficacy of medicines in Ireland has stated: "Beta-ecdysterone is an anabolic steroid and it carries all the risks associated with that. It can damage you liver and your heart, increases your blood count and can cause blood clots in your legs and in your lungs which could be fatal.
Absolutely should not be on sale unless it is prescribed by your doctor.

I was going to ask why you're asking but after googling I think I may have helped spark off this rumour. Looks like more marketing BS anyway, either from Physique-IQ or USP, as it's still on sale everywhere.
