The bottom line is obvious. Learn your disciplines. Learn all the vocabulary. Know the published literature. But always be open to an unexpected source of information that just might enrich your understanding of why something does what it does. There are many Shamans (;-) scattered around the world. Search for them.

I work in a supp store and one of our suppliers said Jacked & quake have been banned. Both been 1,3 dimeth products. However I cant find any solid info stating it yet

All of this just sucks to be honest. It is your body. What you put into it should be of your concern and you have the rights to do as you please. Don't get me wrong, drugs are wrong but Jack3d? No-Explode? Give me a break.

Apparently beta-ecdysterone is an anabolic steroid that can cause death!

heard rumor that college kids in Sweden or something were using Jack3d and other 1,3 dimeth products as party drugs. Guess if you cant get your hands on cocaine 4 scoops of Jack3d is the next best thing.

It's because of ppl using 1,3 as a party drug as the above said... I'm sure the FDA will ban 1,3 and anything containing it before too long... Just buy 1,3 in bulk if you like it so much and add as much or as little as you want to any pre-workout supplement.
