Alright guys, I made a delicious at home version:
1lbs 85/15 beef
1lbs ground lamb
Spices:
Coriander
Oregano
Blk Pepper
Salt
Lemon Juice (1TBS)
Soy Sauce 2 TBS
Rosemary
Thyme
Garlic Powder
Cumin
Reason why no amount to spices is simple: it really is to taste. But I use about 1/2 tsp each. Mix spices into the beef and lamb well, making sure the two meats are well packed into a loaf. Let sit for one hour to absorb flavors and meld. Flatten to 1/4 inch thick (maybe even less) and fry in pan over med high. **** is really good!!! Sorry for not posting up macros, but typically ground lamb is 290 cals 23g f, 2g c, 19g P and 85/15 beef is 240 cals 17g f/19g P. Enjoy guys!

Lowcarb tzatziki sauce is in the works! Hard to not use greek yogurt. Olive oil and cream much?
Toying around with whipped cream cheese or sour cream:
1 oz. CC or sour cream
Garlic, minced
Lemon Juice
Dill
Olive Oil, 1 tsp.
Might be a good starting point. I actually just panfried that meat and it was delicious, didnt think about sauce but will have to get something now wont I?Last edited by NCepeeist; 03-02-2012 at 06:59 PM.
