    Oysters?

I was wondering how good or bad oysters were while trying to cut weight. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Do you like oysters? If so, it's a good food to eat when cutting, bulking or maintaining.

However, if you don't like oysters, then it's not a good food to eat when cutting, bulking or maintaining.

    Wrong

You need to watch macronutrient intake and not just the aggregate of such (caloric intake), and you also need to insure micronutrient sufficiency.

oysters are high in protein and loaded with zinc, which helps increase testosterone. But they are also a bit high in cholesterol, and expensive.

Man got to go to Capt Tom's soon. Haven't been in 6 months but the last time I went the oysters were $5 for a dozen and you always get a couple extras. For awhile I would go once, maybe twice a month and get a bowl of gumbo, a dozen oysters, some fried shrimp, and a michelada (they put an oyster in there too if you want).

I love oysters, but can rarely afford them. It has been a while since I've had them since I've been allowing myself to "afford" shrimp instead. There is just so much more you can do with shrimp than oysters. But like the lulzer said: If you can afford it...
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)

It's a hater's job to hate. So let them hate...
