Am I missing anything in my back and shoulder routine?

    Deadlifts 4x5
    Military press 3x8-10
    Lat pulldown 3x10

Thats what I did yesterday, wasn't much but I stopped because I was not feeling well in general, plus the gym was packed.

    I was thinking about adding

    wide grip pullups 3x10
    And lateral raises

And maybe a little ab work. I usually do one or the other with abs.

I look at myself in the mirror and I have GREAT traps, but it seems like something is lacking, Idk what, is that routine proportional? Am I missing something?

The raises and pullups are good. I also do bent over rows as well, those seem to work the mid back pretty well.

You need to build a good base and some strength first so watch out how much volume you put into your routine, so far it looks pretty good exept you might get smoked after 4 sets of heavy deads.
Dont go adding everything under the sun to hit every muscle group possible as you will be on your way to overtraining.
Try it for a while and see how it goes, if it works and you can deal with the volume then is the time to add something in if you really need to. A great exercise is facepulls.
