    Whats a good amount of bf% to lose in a month

    Im approximatley 14-15% bf and i wanna cut throughout febuarary, do you think thats a good amount of time to lose a bit

    150 lbs...1% =1.5lbs... I would say 3-4%

    Why? Our weight is very similar and there is almost no point in cutting at our weight and bf% just keep bulking or slow bulking if you want
