I see this all the time, how do you let someone walk up to you like that. Soon as somebody approaching you like that (especially if black) you either step back to regain your space or you clock him first. Of course, if you clock him first you're not under self-defense...so with the laws here you'll get owned for protecting yourself.

That's why it's always better to let the enemy throw the first punch, this way you are simply disabling the threat.
