    I'll do it every so often, but I'll normally switch between heavy and lighter weights.

    For example, day one would be heavy back, moderate chest. Day two would be heavier chest, moderate back.

    Did P90x chest and back workout last few weeks, definetly feels nice working them together but it's mostly bodyweight stuff, could be hard to implement it as a work out if your lifting heavy though

    Just alternate lifts, training multiple body parts the same day is no big deal. Just do one lift for back, one for chest, etc. Gives the bodyparts more time to recover between exercises and you won't have to worry about tiring out before getting to a second muscle group.

    lats and back in general are pumped as a mofo as well as the chest

    working opposing muscle groups during workouts you get more power out of each
