the last time i did a split, which has been awhile, i did chest/back together.
liked the heck out of it.
*edit: just saw OP was askin' bout people who do/did chest/back twice a week...never mind, mine was from a 3 day split, hence only one day a week.
and i just realized im postin' in a zyzz thread, lulz. not that i give a ****...but still.Sig line can't be a novel

I'll do it every so often, but I'll normally switch between heavy and lighter weights.
For example, day one would be heavy back, moderate chest. Day two would be heavier chest, moderate back.

perfect push/pull setup
lats and back in general are pumped as a mofo as well as the chest
working opposing muscle groups during workouts you get more power out of eachI post from my phone often, so please disregard all spelling errors, and ninja edits my phone does to what I'm typing...
