You could look for Anthony Ditillo's books or Ironman mag articles from 68 - 85. One of the most respected writers on powerlifting (i know ur a bodybuilder but his training will get u HUGE eitherway like my bro, hes got bout 20% bf but hes pushin a 600 below parrallel squat, a 500 dead, and a 335 bench at only 220 - 225 lbs! 5 ft 5!... BTW Anthony Ditillo is my dad so dont mind me if im proud
